This fun scarf is light weight and can be worn almost any time of the year. The yarn used in this pattern is a superwash merino in DK weight yarn however you can experiment with other weights as much as you like since gauge is not important.

Finishing:

I opted to do a row of sc across each end of this scarf, putting 1 sc in the sc rows, 2 sc in the hdc rows and 3 sc in the dc rows. Fringe is totally doable for this scarf, just follow your favorite fringe instructions.

Weave in ends, you are finished!

Suggested Variation Ideas:

For a longer scarf, chain any even number of chains as desired, then just +2.
For a wider scarf, continue to repeat Rows 3 – 10 until desired width.
For an infinity scarf, join both ends (rs facing in) with a row of sc.

So many possibilities, I hope you enjoyed this pattern!
